Why This Town Home As Your Future Residence?
For starters of course I am going to tell you that you need to come and see for yourself. Having worked in new construction home sales for several years prior to going into the general residential real estate sales I am focused on now, I can honestly say that the floor plan designs in this community are just plain generous. The living areas, closet sizes, ceiling heights, outdoor courtyards and even the size of the windows throughout are just plain more commodious than what most builders out there are offering for similarly priced properties.
This town home in particular in my opinion just needs to have the carpet changed out for either wood or tile flooring and there’s not really much else to do…it’s a gorgeous property.
The French door entries in both the main entrance and the courtyard entrance to the kitchen are noteworthy. The upstairs loft is spacious enough to convert into an additional bedroom for those families that need it or serves well as it is as a game room or awesome study / library.
