My Favorite Features of 901 SW 146 Terrace, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027
This is one of my favorite floor plans in the community – and there are plenty of them. When I used to sell this community as a new home sales consultant for the developer, this plan was always one of the more popular ones. The distribution of space throughout the inside of the home is substantially more generous and open than the majority of town homes in the marketplace today. The kitchen opens out to the massive front courtyard through French doors which amplify the sense of openness in this Mediterranean inspired design.
The courtyard to the rear offers the ground floor bedroom a sense of privacy and I’ve seen some “Tamarind” home owners place just as much emphasis on furnishing the rear courtyard as the front. It’s also great if you have an adult that’s living with you (mother, father, uncle, what have you) as it affords them more independence to come and go without interrupting the rest of the family during late or early hours.
The high ceilings are awesome. Not much more to say about this. I’ve not seen many town homes in west Broward that have such high ceilings throughout the entire home.
The upstairs loft is a unique feature that many town homes do not offer. I’ve seen many families utilize this as a game room for the family, library, office or even convert it to an additional bedroom.
