The Formula – It’s No Secret

Price a property correctly and make sure you put your best foot forward from day one when you go online to present your offering to the pool of prospective purchasers on Zillow,, Facebook, Instagram, etc…and you will sell. You will sell quickly in the current South Florida marketplace.
