The association fees for this floor plan and all others that belong to the same product line (Courtyards) are $285 monthly and this includes:

  • manned guard house 24/7 at community entrance
  • roving security in the evenings
  • alarm system monitoring
  • Comcast cable and internet package
  • maintenance of the common areas (pool, exercise room, landscaping, clubhouse, painting and pressure washing exterior of buildings and common walkways)
  • liability insurance for the common areas

If you’re purchasing one of the “Cobblestone” town homes you will have to obtain you own homeowner’s fire and windstorm insurance. To this point all of the town homes built after 2010 have hurricane impact windows and doors throughout. The phase 1 town homes that were built previously have storm panels for protection or accordion shutters.
