Professional Photography On All Listings 

Your property should always have its best face on the internet / social media sites. The more appealing the images are online, the more likely people are to be interested enough to come and take a look in person. The more traffic / showings you have, the faster the sales cycle time and the higher the likelihood of selling at or close to list price (sometimes above).

Print Marketing

Another component of my marketing strategy for a multitude of my listing portfolio is print media. More often than you may think purchasers come from within your very community or surrounding areas. One of your neighbors may have a family member or friend / colleague that is enamored with your neighborhood and sure enough they will pick up the phone and tell them when the flyer advertising your property for sale hits their mailbox. I utilize “Every Door Direct Mail” which allows me to maximize my print campaign reach with bulk mailing costs and I can affirmatively say that I have sold quite a few listings through print marketing efforts.
