Three years ago we decided it was time to make a change from our lifestyle in Miami-Dade County once our second little one came along. We’ve never looked back.
South Florida has been good to me since I was six years old. Riverland in Fort Lauderdale is my home now and life in the palms is where our family has planted its roots.
I have a passion for real estate that’s lasted through the good times and the bad. In 2002 I entered the industry as a loan officer for a mortgage banking company in Coconut Grove and enjoyed the last three years as Vice President of Sales for the Miami Beach Branch through early 2010.
From mid 2010 through January of 2015 I transitioned into new home sales for Standard Pacific Homes where I performed as the top producer in number of sales and dollars every single year. In February of 2015 I realized my lifelong dream of self-employment / empowerment and joined some of the best in the business at EWM Realty International.
I like to keep it simple. My life outside of work consists of enjoying fatherhood with two (currently under negotiations with the Mrs.) wonderful people. A night out with my better half is an occasion that is seized whenever opportune.
I love to read (bachelor of arts from Florida International University).
We love to travel with/without children (grandma and grandpa get to fly in from Ohio to hold the fort down every once in a while – so far they’ve managed to keep the ranks in line).
The little one loves her wagon rides through our jungle like streets and I spend plenty of time screaming (don’t worry I’m fine – the parents take turns) at the unfortunates refereeing the older one’s soccer games.
Martial arts and basketball kept me in shape through my mid 30s, but now in my early 40s I’m that guy at the gym at 5 a.m. because it’s not happening if I wait until everyone in the household is awake.
I love what I do for a living because it’s what I’m best at.
