Within two days of going live on the MLS, both of my most recent listings in this community had multiple showings and were under contract. This market is on fire and with good reason.

For South Florida prices the west Pembroke Pines gated community of “Cobblestone” is very much considered affordable and imparts its residents with many sought out features from today’s buyers on the hunt for their future homes.

Two Quick Sales At Top Dollar

Both of these Cobblestone town homes were in extremely high demand as soon as we went live on the MLS and other internet / social media platforms. We had multiple showings and offerings on both of these tastefully appointed courtyard lot and block (fee simple) units.

Cobblestone in Pembroke Pines is a newer development that was built by Standard Pacific Homes between the years of 2005 & 2015. It consists of a total 774 family dwellings, the majority of which are made up of fee simple town homes and the minority a concentration of condominiums throughout the center of the community.

Community amenities include a resort style swimming pool; exercise room; fountain and greenery central piece for the enjoyment of the residents and wide, expansive paved sidewalks throughout the length of the entire development.
